Welcome to Birddogs Garage. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of birddogsgarage.com, Birddogs Garage account features, services, and optional text-messaging programs.
1. Website and Account Use
Website content and account features are provided for customer information, communication, service management, and related business purposes.
Website features may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.
2. Mobile Phone Numbers
Customers may provide a mobile phone number when creating or maintaining an account or when using certain Birddogs Garage services.
Providing a mobile phone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive recurring SMS messages.
Birddogs Garage may require verification of a mobile number when a customer chooses to associate that number with an account.
3. Optional SMS Messaging Programs
Birddogs Garage may offer optional text-messaging programs. Participation is voluntary.
SMS consent is not required to create an account, purchase services, schedule service, or otherwise use Birddogs Garage services.
Account/service and promotional consent are separate, optional choices. Customers may select either, both, or neither. Providing a phone number alone is not consent.
Account and Service Messages
Customers who separately opt in may receive account-related and service-related messages, including account or security notices, appointment confirmations and reminders, service-status updates, and other requested account or service communications.
Promotional Messages
Customers may separately opt in to receive promotional text messages from Birddogs Garage, including discounts, special offers, promotions, and similar marketing communications.
Promotional-message consent is separate from consent for account and service messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the messaging programs selected, account activity, appointments, requested services, and applicable promotions.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you or received from you according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. STOP suppresses all messages sent through the shared Messaging Service.
Replying START, YES, or UNSTOP may restore account and service messages only. These keywords never restore promotional consent; promotional consent must be selected separately and explicitly.
After an opt-out request is processed, Birddogs Garage may send a confirmation message indicating that the applicable text-message subscription has been cancelled.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Consent and Preferences
When Birddogs Garage offers a web-based SMS opt-in, the applicable consent choice is presented separately from required account or service terms.
SMS consent choices are optional and are not preselected on behalf of the customer.
A customer's choice regarding account and service messages is maintained separately from the customer's choice regarding promotional messages.
Customers may change eligible text-message preferences through their Birddogs Garage account or by using applicable SMS opt-out instructions.
5. Phone Number Changes
If an account holder changes the mobile phone number associated with an account, Birddogs Garage may require successful verification of the new number before replacing the existing verified number.
Previous SMS permissions do not automatically transfer to a newly added or changed phone number.
6. Privacy
Use of personal information and mobile messaging information is governed by the Birddogs Garage Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Birddogs Garage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the website, account features, or messaging services.
8. Changes to These Terms
Birddogs Garage may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
